Dr Joerg Hofmann is head of the Betting and Gaming Group of Melchers Law Firm in Germany. He is a past President of the International Masters of Gaming Law.

A former multi-time Global Regulatory Award winner, Jon Duffy is responsible for the Compliance, Security, Surveillance, Anti-Money Laundering and Safer Gambling departments at Genting Casinos.

Keith S. Whyte is Executive Director of the National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG) in Washington, D.C. He has over 20 years of national experience in gaming issues.
